// Developer selection

95% don't make it. You only work with those who do

Every developer joining the DEVPUNKS community has passed a rigorous five-stage process built to find who can do, not just who can talk.

  1. CV screening

    The first filter. No concessions

    We are not looking for the longest CV. We look for precise signals: real projects, a stack that matches the challenges we take on, measurable growth over time. Most people stop here.

  2. The introductory interview

    We look for the punk side

    Skills can be learned. Mindset cannot. Here we look for who has the courage to say 'I don't know but I'll solve it', who owns the outcome and who works well outside the comfort zone. A dev without a punk side does not get in.

  3. In-depth technical test

    Under pressure, for real

    No textbook exercises. Our tests simulate real scenarios: bugs to debug, architectures to design, choices to justify. We assess code quality, the reasoning behind decisions and the ability to work autonomously.

  4. CTO approval

    The last filter, the strictest

    Every candidate who reaches this stage is assessed by our CTO directly. It is not a formality: this is where we decide whether that profile can sit in a team with a real CTO, on a real project, with real deadlines.

  5. The community

    Now they are a DEVPUNKER

    Whoever passes the process joins an active community of selected builders. Real projects, constant exchange, continuous learning. Not a list of freelancers, a network of professionals who know each other and grow together.
